Our T-shirts and Hoodies come from a variety of suppliers (at times there maybe stock issues or delivery delays and we will use high street brands i.e., Target in those situations to ensure you get your item in time for that special occasion) Quality is always important to us and will always be our top priority.
Personalisation:
Unless stated your personalised text can be added to include the childs name or a message like "It‘s my party" There can be limits with size etc but if you have an idea let me us know and we will see what we can pull together – there may be extra charges if you are wanting to add more than 20 letters.

Having a party, family day out or sleep over? We love designing sets of matching t shirts for your events, we can add names to the t-shirts to include Brother, Mum, Dad, Nan, Pop, BFF etc. We are also able to do full sets for the whole party which not only look great, they are really fun and are a great idea for party favours. For matching sets of more than three please get in touch before ordering, we can come up with a design and a reduced rate for multiple items.

Shipping and Postage:
For straight forward orders they will be started the same day and posted within 24 hours – if there is a delay, we will let you know ASAP.
For Custom orders that require communication prior to starting we aim to get mock-ups out the same day and your order will he started as soon as we have agreed on the design and posted within 24 hours following sign off.
If you order in bulk i.e., for family matching t-shirts, party orders etc we will give you a timescale quote during our communication.
Your order will be beautifully packed in tissue paper, and you can include a small card/message. If you order multiple items they will be packed as a hamper. Our hampers come with a choice of magnetic boxes and postage boxes, paper shred or tissue paper, whatever is suited to the contents (please let us know if you have a preference). Hampers can include a message on the box or a card also.
Australian standard postage is FREE and takes 2-13 days depending on location. Orders local to the Gold Coast maybe hand delivered.
Letter Post is FREE Untracked and takes 2-15 days depending on location.
Express Post (parcels under 5kg) is currently an additional $12 for Australian orders - Tracked 1-10 days depending on location
International orders are an additional $15, and delivery is up to 30 days depending on location.
If your order is for numerous items the postage thresholds may be crossed and prices may vary. Prices are also based on current prices at the time of printing and Australia post may increase prices - while we will aim to absorb small increases and update our prices regularly we may have to increase your postage costs if they are a lot more than quoted.
All our items clothing, hampers etc are made to order. Items are personalised and therefore we cannot provide refunds. Of course, if there is an issue with the quality of the item we will happily refund or exchange.
